Monique Shields is a women's health advocate, mission speaker, and community leader who contributes to conversations surrounding heart health awareness, prevention, leadership, and community impact. Rooted in lived experience, her advocacy work is grounded in increasing awareness, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and creating greater visibility around issues affecting women, families, and communities.
