Monique Shields founder of Executive Allure

Friends, colleagues, and clients know her as Moe — a calm, trusted presence leaders call when the moment matters.

Monique Shields is the Founder and CEO of Executive Allure, a boutique business born from seeing a need for founders, leadership teams, and organizations to have thoughtful partnership around strategic initiatives, leadership environments, stakeholder engagement, and meaningful experiences that help important work move forward.

Her work brings together leadership, hospitality, advocacy, wellness, and community engagement with a focus on creating environments where trust, connection, and meaningful engagement can deepen.

With a background spanning corporate, nonprofit, philanthropic, healthcare, and advocacy spaces, Monique brings executive fluency, discernment, and a thoughtful understanding of how environments influence people, conversations, partnerships, and outcomes.

Her background includes supporting leaders and teams within organizations such as Verizon, Starbucks, CenturyLink, Nordstrom, and the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation, experiences that helped shape Executive Allure's relationship-centered approach to leadership environments and meaningful engagement.

Today, Monique partners with leaders, organizations, hospitality brands, advocacy initiatives, and mission-driven teams around special projects, stakeholder gatherings, leadership retreats, curated conversations, collaborations, and experiences that bring people together around meaningful work.

Beyond client engagements, Monique is active in women's health advocacy and serves as a mission speaker and contributor within conversations surrounding cardiovascular health, maternal health, prevention, storytelling, and community awareness, including serving as a Go Red for Women Mission Speaker with the American Heart Association.

She is especially passionate about creating intentional spaces where leadership, advocacy, wellness, storytelling, hospitality, and community connection intersect in ways that support greater awareness, engagement, collaboration, and impact.

The Heart Behind Executive Allure

Executive Allure was built from a simple belief: how people gather influences what moves forward.

Born from seeing a need for thoughtful partnership around strategic initiatives, leadership environments, and meaningful engagement, Executive Allure creates the conditions where relationships strengthen, engagement deepens, and important work can move forward.

2021 Pacific Northwest Admin “Spirit” Award

In 2021, during her career as an executive assistant, Monique received the nationally recognized Spirit Award from the Admin Awards — the highest honor in the administrative profession.

The award recognizes administrative leaders honored for their impact, presence, and contribution at the highest levels of leadership.

Those same qualities — trusted partnership, anticipation of needs, and clarity under pressure — form the foundation of Executive Allure today.
