Monique Shields is the Founder and CEO of Executive Allure, a boutique strategic partner built to support leaders with bold visions and high expectations.
With more than 30 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level leaders across industries including telecommunications, retail, fashion, and philanthropy, Monique has developed a rare perspective on how exceptional leadership and intentional experiences shape meaningful results. Her career includes leadership support at Verizon, Starbucks, CenturyLink, and the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation, where she helped shape executive gatherings, sponsorship initiatives, and companywide events that elevated connection and brand presence.
That foundation now defines her work with Executive Allure, where she partners with founders, executives, boards, and philanthropists to bring their most important moments to life — from strategic retreats and philanthropic gatherings to brand-defining experiences.
Monique is deeply committed to collaboration and community impact, partnering with Black-owned businesses, women-led enterprises, and venue partners whose craft and excellence enrich every engagement. Through community service and board leadership in healthcare and philanthropy, she continues to advocate for meaningful change. Since 2019, she has volunteered with the American Heart Association, championing heart health, maternal care, and equity in communities of color. Following the loss of her mother in 2024, this mission became even more personal, shaping both her leadership and the purpose behind Executive Allure.
Grounded, thoughtful, and strategic, Monique believes anything is possible with the right partnership — and she built Executive Allure for leaders who believe presence is power, and partnership makes it possible.
